Fee / Refund Policy

• The tuition fee is charged on yearly basis and will be charged on pro-rata basis if the course duration goes over one year
• Students are obliged to pay the Examination and Registration fee - the tuition fee does not include Examination and Registration fee.
• Full payment of Tuition Fee including Exam and Registration fee is required before issuance of visa letters.
  
• Any fee paid in advance is non-refundable after the visa is granted.
  
• In case of visa refusal, all original documents must be returned to the college by recorded delivery.
  
• Fee is refunded ONLY in case of visa refusal, £250 will be charged for administrative expenses.
  
• Minimum processing time required for a fee refund is 28 days from the date of receipt of all original documents.
  
• No transfer or refund of fee is possible after student receives the visa.
  
• These terms and conditions are subject to any change by the college management.
